I have always loved my mixed culture/heritage: growing up in Dubai (UAE), with a Pakistani mom and a Zanzibari dad, and of course, Indian Cinema Movies (Bollywood). We LOVED to explore different pockets of foodie places and hole-in-the-wall restaurants with the BEST masala chai and Butter Chicken. I am salivating just thinking about it!
Our Welcome to India! Spicerie Box is homage to some of the more widely known rich, Indian foods I grew up with. We are just getting started on our Spicerie journey together – there will be many more fun Boxes to explore.
