Masala Chai

Served hot or cold, this masala chai is great year round.  It reminds me of the chai served in little hole-in-the-wall shops in Dubai.  Childhood memories in a cup.

Our single serve packets are great for travel and busy households.  The packets and the 2.0 version are also perfect if you have a brew-your-own pod.  Great breakfast beverage or during afternoon snack time!

Ingredients:

Method:

  • In a spouted pot, steep Single-Serve Masala Chai Mix or Masala Chai 2.0 in 8 to 10 oz of boiling water
  • Strain
  • (Add milk if non-dairy mix, or 2.0 version)
  • (Add sugar for 2.0 version)
  • Good hot or can refrigerate to drink cold
